This is to certify that M/s. Silvan Interiors did the complete renovation work of our office premises in Magnet House, Ballard Estate, from conceptualisation to implementation.

Our office space is merely 500 sq. ft. accomodating six employees, two working centers having computers and two cabins. The office was quite congested and in a dilapidated condition. Hence, the need for proper renovation and re-organising the sitting and filing arrangement was felt.

M/s. Silvan Interiors’ team of architect, carpenters, electricians and civil contractor, executed the job commendably in a well co-ordinated manner, optimising every square foot of floor space. The office is now transformed into a new and bright looking office - one could not have imagined earlier.

The entire job of redoing the flooring, plastering, making and fixing new filing cabinets, redoing both the cabins was completed in a record time of two months witihn our modest budget of Rs. 7 lacs.
